Pretty pale yellow 1" blooms in spring. This plant should really be considered a climber, it has rose type leaves but no thorns or fragrence. The blooms do not have typical rose petals and blooms only for a couple of weeks in spring.

This is one of the most common of this type of rose. It blooms profusely, much more so than the white (Alba) form. The small, double butter-yellow flowers are slightly scented if at all. They appear in clusters in early spring and the plant blooms for about 4 weeks. Shown at the end of March. (San Antonio, Tx.)

This is a group of bloom clusters at the end of a spray shown at the end of March. There are 5 to 10 one inch in diameter blooms per cluster with each bloom having 30 to 50 petals. (San Antonio, Tx.)

This is a bloom cluster with at least 15 individual one inch in diameter blooms shown at the end of March. The blooms cover the entire evegreen plant for at least a 4 week period beginning in early spring. (San Antonio, Tx.)

I've grown Lady Banks for 25 years, and it is an indescribably satisfactory plant.

This fabulous plant is 4 years old. It does require annual heavy pruning but is thornless and worth the effort!
