Reseeds in Michigan. Will grow very tall when the weather is right.
I have seen it 6-8 feet.

These black shiny seeds are what is left after the flower spray dries. The dead flower flakes off and the plant can self-seed in some areas.

Mine have reached over 8 ft. tall this year! They are light and airy and the finches love to go from branch to branch.

Moist ground and full sun grew this Kiss-Me-Over-The-Garden-Gate. My friend Al stands 6'4" and couldn't reach the top.
