To grow a crook-necked dipper gourd, grow them on the ground instead of hanging on a fence.

All 3 are from the Dipper gourd plant...but one was not grown on a trellis. The center one has been readied for a birdhouse.

YOung Dipper Gourds. When not trellised they usually curve...similar to the Swan Gourds...but with out the "Lump"

Once the gourd is polinated its a fast grower, took 6 days to go from 6 inches to almost 15 inches
