this is the form I call 'bicolor' as it rarely has much of the reds/pinks or oranges, and the leaves are larger, thinner and more pointed, making less of a perfect square in cross section.

Crassula perforata. The tip of one broke off, so I just placed it on top of the soil and it rooted very easily.
