Cuphea: Cultivar 'David Verity' amongst other perennials. I am not sure of the species name. (San Antonio, Tx.)

The 'David Verity' cuphea bloom is more vibrantly colored in cool weather than it was in the heat of the summer. The white or creamish flared bloom ends are closing up on the bloom in the middle which means it has reached its peak.

No wonder this 'David Verity' Cuphea is a favorite among the hummingbirds. So many flowers! Easy to care for. Large/small container. On our deck. Full sun. I will be purchasing again for next summer.
