The rose-pink flowers are 1 to 1 1/4 inches wide. The plant blooms continuously from March until the first freeze. Shown in April. (San Antonio, Tx.)

This is one of my favorites. It has been blooming in zone 6/7 for five years.

This Rock Rosemallow, Texas Swampmallow (Pavonia lasiopetala) is susceptible to mildew which is shown here. It was successfully treated by spraying it with a mixture of 9 parts water to 1 part milk.

This one seems to be definately pink. It is a volunteer. The flower is a little less than 2 inches.
