Sweet Potato 'Centennial' (Ipomoea batatas)

This was grown in a 2 gal pot ,I had planted a Sweet potato in the pot, to take cuttings from to plant the rest of the outside Sweet potatoes--this fall when I dumped the pot ,I was suprised-this was 8 1/2 pounds.
