The blooms become more red before they go to seed. The blooms are starting to seed in the foreground. The petals have dried to the left with seeds forming. A full seedhead is in the middle. (San Antonio, Tx.)

This vine was planted at the base of Aloe arborescens about 16 months ago to give year-round color. It has grown vigorously.

Easily rooted by taking tip cuttings dipped into hormone powder and stuck into wet floral foam kept moist. Once rooted - plant the rooted cutting/block of wet floral directly into soil.
