I just bought and planted 2 rainbow sensation weigela, zone 5. One is doing beautifully and the other is wilting. Water them the same. Dug it up, checked soil, branches green inside, soil amended, drains well, fertilized and pruned off crunchy brown. Leaves wet and wilty. Sprayed with Neem Oil. Soil moist but not soggy. I’m confused why it’s like this. Sun for 7 hours daily facing west. Help!!
