Taken on 16th July 2008, Lincoln UK. Quite common in southern half of Britain, it's double-brooded flying in May & June, again in August. It got confused in mid July!

Found in Oak wodland, the larvae of course feed on Oak!

Wingspan 18-30mm, this is one of the smaller species of the group. This is a male with feathered antennae.
