Castor Bean
Ricinus communis

While the seeds are incredibly toxic due to their Ricin content, the Castor Bean plants are true beauties. The Impala variety grows 4-5 feet tall, and features brilliant, red-orange seed pods, which are a sure-fire conversation starter in dried floral arrangements. If you don't want to risk the possibility of any poisoning, cut off the seed pods when you notice them starting to form on the plant!

Taraxacum Species
Taraxacum officinale

I like dandelions. The leaves are great sauteed, and the taproots work as coffee substitutes. I removed all of the pappus from the seeds here, so the seeds are just seeds, no fluff to bulk up the bag and take up space.
