Orange Tree Disease??

Pembroke Pines, FL(Zone 10a)

My Florida Red Navel stands only about four feet high as it is only three years old and now has its first fruit only about seven tiny marble size oranges but I'm having a disease or insect problem that needs your exptise?

Another view of them. Can you tell me what it is and how to cure it? You can see the bottom of the leaf which is in worse shape than the top and of course the tiny orange.

After a long google search it seems like my tree has "Scab" and thank goodness not canker.

Tplant looks like Scab to me also.

Oldude --- According to what I've studied on the subject a copper fungicide treatment should do the trick.

Right, Kocide is the best, but any liquid copper will work.
