Trouble with my Columbine, any ideas?

I posted over in the pest/disease forum and after looking through the posts from the past week, it doesn't appear people are getting much if any help there. So I thought maybe you all could take a look at my problem and give me some ideas? I've done a lot of research on my own already, I've just sort of hit a dead end and don't know where to go from here.

Thanks all, I sort of want to figure it out so I know if I can treat the bed, or if I should start moving the rest of the plants out, of course, I don't know where I would put infected plants... Anyway, let me know what you think.
