Healthy living lifstyle support thread April 28 - May 2nd

I'm very sleepy & need to get back to bed. I let my blood sugar get to low and took eventing meds on an empty stomach. It was so good to have Sheila here with me. Not that there was much she could do but she was here to help me into bed, ect.

We had 81 at the cafe" tonight. Not bad,but not super duper good either.

Critter, welcome to the family. We are only here to encourage and help each other.
As you can see we are a pretty tightly knit group but always willing to have an addition to the family.

I'm so glad to hear Woodstock is doing better. Some meds take a week or more to start to take effect.

I really must go back to bed. Too many typo too back nd correct.
