What I have blooming in my gardens...

Really enjoying all of the pretty pictures.

I am so jealous of those of you with blooming iris right now. I have nothing in bloom yet. I can feel blooms down at the base of a few of my iris, but not all of them have that! I afraid it will be awhile before I have iris blooms. Sigh. Thanks for the pictures. They help.

Thank you. I have checked everywhere for the names of the ones I have purchased, and I can't find one with the description that fits that one...maybe someone will recognize it. I really do like the color though!

Janet, I have some that have been given to me from friends and trades. I just enjoy them without names sometimes.

Found the name of the golden yellow with the specks...Minted! Yea! I have two fans and it is so sweet! It is an intermediate Iris only 18" tall.

Oh, yes, I have lots with NOID too...from old friends and their families....I just call them by the family name ie...Connie's Mama's Iris...LOL

Can't get into the bed to check the name. It's the first bloom from this one since planted 2 yrs. ago. It's really a pale pink more than the peach the picture shows.

Another new bloom after a 2 yr. wait. I'll edit when I get the names. Boysenberry Buttercup I think.

Our MDBs & SDBs are blooming and they are wet after 2 days of rain even though it was not downpours.

We are having a lot of rainy days too...some days mine are just beautiful and other days they look a little beat up! lol

You all got all our rain! Actually, May is usually very dry here. No different this year. June is worse. Monsoon rains are supposed to start on or about July 4. If they come.

I think it's prettier than it's photo. Can't tag and take photos, it's raining again. My yard is turning into a swamp. Most of my iris are planted in raised boxes but the ones that aren't are in danger.
