Spirit World is a luminata TB.

Well I guess that one was labeled wrong...lol I will have to try and find the name for that one now...lol

Salem, IL(Zone 5b)

Is that a positive id for 'crimson King'? I may have some of them. The noid white looks
very familiar since I have several of them.

Janet, I am not to far behind you. Here in KY I only have buds forming.
Lovely pics!

Teresa,
I only have buds also here in KY....the little 4 yr. old grandson and I can't wait to see them open. We have to hop on the golf cart and drive to every bed and check each one everyday. This will be the first year on several of them and I am like a small child in a candy store....wide eyed and very excited.

Janet,
Very pretty iris....I really like Magic Pallette.

Thanks everyone! I love Magic Pallette too...it was new last year...doesn't seem to be multipling as quickly as I would like...lol

I have several more that are beginning to open today, so I will try to get more pictures of those as well.

Immortality is really pretty this morning with lots of buds and blooms so I will get a pic of that one too.

I have three or four of the whites with noid, and they all have very different habits and blooms on them...one was very early blooming...the first bloom I had this year.

As far as I know the Crimson King is a positive ID, someone IDed it for me last year. So unless some else thinks not....I am going with that...it is a very old stand for me. My Great Aunt had that one fifty years ago and we have some of hers.

Salem, IL(Zone 5b)

Crimson King is listed in the HIPS photo section. (Barr 1893) IB 22" May rebloom in
warmer climates. Their photo has a pronounced rose-purple color which may be from
differences in lighting or cameras. Mine have a distinct blackish velvety appearance on
the falls when viewed from a side angle.

Thanks much for the info.

Beautiful Blue one...should have label on it...will have to look more closely..maybe I can ID this one.

Another unknown blue...this one is lighter in color than the other one too.

Forgot to add a note about the Crimson King....YES mine is more Rose/Purple...it doesn't show the right coloring in the pictures. I have noticed that about the darker ones, sometimes the shade in the picture is NOT the shade I see with my eye...do others of you have the same problem with pictures?

Braselton, GA(Zone 7b)

This one may show a truer color on them...it has a little sunshine coming through...lol

Does anyone know the ID on this one? I have no knowledge of the dwarfs or IBs. This one was is very short and was gifted to me.

Don't know what it is, but it's a pretty little one. Missed Sparky on my first round this morning. It is a miniature bearded and only about 5" tall for me.
