I ran across this on DG thought I put the word out.

It is moving out from the east coast and really causes damage to your lilies. Check the lily forum for more information and chat on this pest.

Thought I should put a link to the Beetle topic from the lily forum to make it easy for us to locate it. Holly, just inspect the bulbs before you plant, maybe a dip in insecticidle soap before you plant would be a good idea. I just planted some African Queens on Saturday before I found out about this bad bug.
