"Guernsey Cream" looks great climbing up your Hydrangea! I had to giggle when revclaus asked if your Hydrangea bloomed! Actually, the Hydrangea blooms are secondary to the Clematis flowers. It's simply there as a natural climbing structure....LOVE IT!
I have the "regular" climbing Hydrangea with the classic look. I'll try to find a picture of them in bloom. Yes, my Hydrangea do flower, especially when I remember to give them acidic fertilizer!
