LOL ~ thanks. I wondered as the ones in store are green still. I suspect the split skins?
Anyone growing Tomatillos?
Green is still ok split skins I am refering to is the paperlike outside one not the fruit itself
Gotcha ~ I've noticed how firm the store bought fruits are, would that be normal even when truly ripe?
they can be used in most stages of ripeness the greener the more tart the lighter colored green or yellowish the sweeter
