The 'seeds' I was talking about I guess are what you call 'bulblets'? They form on the bloomed out stalk. They are about the size of a chestnut.

Stumbled on this thread. Crinums are some of my favorites!! I have been wanting to go see Marcelles gardens in person one day. I have about 7 varieties, a few I even know the name LOL. I got Crinum amabile from the Tropical co op this spring. Mine isn't this big yet, but isn't it impressive!! The last picture on the page shows the size of this one!

I heard some where I believe it was in Hawaii,they have one called the golden crinum!
With yellow flowers,Hmm might have been in Fuji.

A yellow? Oh My! I have a Golden one but I don't think the blossoms are yellow. It's another I got this spring so haven't seena bloom yet.
It seems that I did read about a yellow somewhere, but can't remember where. Oh that would be a must have!!
