We're off to Alaska on Royal Caribbean August 29th. Our 2nd Alaskan cruise. Been on Caribbean cruises 5 times, and one cruise around the islands of Hawaii, where we met up with Carol for a delightful day in her piece of paradise.

Mary, there is no cruise planned for right now. I tried to arrange a 7-day cruise yesterday for our wedding anniversary on Sept. 3rd but Norwegian only has 1 old ship ( Norwegian Sky) in the area at that time, Royal Caribbean wants an arm and a leg for a 7-day stint on the Enchantment of the Seas and Princess didn't answer yet. The anniversary cruise's future looks grim.

So....why not rent a "Land Yacht" and go 'cruising'. Or a trip in the Great Lqakes.....or the Inland Waterways...?????
