I started my first goji bushes this year and they are doing better than expected. They have almost tripled in size even though the chickens have been pecking away. I have read conflicting data about eating the leaves of the goji. Many sites say that it can be used in a salad or stew. Being the idiot that I am, I have been eating them all spring. They taste similar to a bland spinach. Does anyone else have experience with eating the leaves?
