Wild Passions a little beaten up by the rain.
SDB Iris are looking good this year!
Oh so many nice ones! Especially Prank, Marksman, Little Annie and Jewel Baby excite me!
I LOVE those fat little beards on Marksman!
Yes Laurie, those are a lot of your babies. Susan and I do trade back and forth but I don't recall giving her a Sparky, but that doesn't mean much. lol My Sparky didn't survive the November/move transplant but I know where to find one. ;)
Another one of yours ~ Blue Line
All the ones which I know seem to be correctly labeled. Now chart to be sure another yr.
Wow Markman's is one I need to find a place for. Let me know when it gets big enough if there is one of mine you'd like to trade for.
so that's Fairy Ring! it's much nicer than the description i've seen!
Oh my! Very nice pics!
The courses are doing the trick finally...wanted better pictures for the webpage for next year and the presentations I am doing this year
D
Thank you big time
Yes, those are great pictures, Dee. I am really a newby at photography and am planning to take a Digital photography course at the local community college this summer. I also vow to read my manual more! It sure looks like it worked for you.
Excellent photography Dee!!!
Thank you both...This was a class geared toward a Sony Digital which was the one I had, so I took a gamble, 4 weeks on Sat...
That and the patience of Job from Anita and Robin has helped me more than words.
Reading and understanding the manuel is sure helping...LOL

great iris and very good photos
Those are lovely!
Oh, my! So many pretty little ones! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this thread--it's always a joy to see what the iris lovers have in bloom! And I miss seeing your posts and photos!
I did have a very nice show of little iris earlier but didn't get pics. Most of them came from Laurie's collection and they bloomed with the daffodils and made a pretty early spring garden (if I do say so myself!).
Thanks for posting all the pics! t.
I'm going to order SDB's this year!!! Love the color combos!!!
I just love them. This is only my third year with them. I got some from laurief's Shadowood, and now I'm really hooked. At least Laurie warned me that addiction was coming.
mrsj, I should caution you that SDBs perform best in areas where they experience significant winter freeze. You may find that you have a difficult time blooming SDBs in your climate, though you should have no problem keeping them alive.
Laurie
Black Cherry Delight is sure cute! Leonines Iris site has a nice photo gallery. She doesn't have all of them available, but it's a good place to go to see all lots of photos. http://www.leonineiris.com/cgi-bin/l9iimagegallery.cgi?type=SDB
