I realize it doesn't really matter. All I need to do is plant them both and I ought to get SOME germination, eh? Still I'm curious. Which is the seed? Are they the feathery things on the left (rather like a marigold seed) or are the "pips" on the right the actual seed?
Thanks!

Its been a while since I've grown them from seed.Mostly just divide them these days. Its hard to tell from photos. You could try the "paper towel baggie test".I would sow Gladys Knight and the Pips.I remember,I direct sowed them.Nothing came up,so I planted annuals in the same spot.At the end of the season,I pulled the annuals out and low and behold there was B-E-S plants underneath them. The following year they bloomed.Edge
Thanks for the response Edge. The paper towel trick is a great idea!
