I used to have the garden, below. Then the University decided they needed more dormitories- down came the trees, up went 9 dorms. I realize the "after" picture isn't really fair, as it's taken in the winter, but you can see the problem. There is a road between the dorm and the fence, leaving about 15 ft of ground to plant in (the univ. Promised (?) to plant a tree buffer...) and there are high power lines that run directly above that 15 ft stretch. I'm looking for some creative ideas that won't take up too much ground space, but will block the view. Any takers out there??
