Thanks guys and this Texan is glad to be back in Japan.

Syrumani Gourd, and Gardener2005 I D-Mailed you guys. Hey Ronnie!

Ron, the flower you commented about grew in two different shades of violet. Some were lighter and some darker like the one I posted.

This JMG is light blue with a dark star center. Some of the other flowers had reversed patterns.

I have to get ready to teach english and will check back here later.

is the photo color relatively accurate(?)...

Like to see the reverse patterns and any other 'goodies' from your MG 'expeditions'...

Hey Emma,

You have D-Mail from me.

This is a JMG and it`s stunning. The flowers are big 5-6 inches wide and the color is true to form.

Thanks Karen, Bluespiral and Skimper,

Karen I saw some of the beautiful pictures you posted. Hey they`re off the chart.

We had a great growing season too this year and the weather was ideal. Next season I won`t have to grow as much but will grow only the rare ones that did not produce many seeds.

FYI, I will only trade with a few people here that I`ve traded with before and they know who they are but there`s always room for a few new traders.

We all know what this JMG is all about...

I am growing one that is very similar that is a sport of another MG.
Totally different MGs that look so similar that are thousands of miles apart.
Amazing!

Here is one of the photos. This particular bloom is a little tattered, but was the only one I could find quickly.

Hey Emma, arigato,

As I remember when taking pictures with my old camera they looked really red but I also grew some that were more reddish than the SO and they were from the Japanese special mix pack. They are truely one of a kind and I`ll post one in a bit.

I grew a lot of these Ishidatane JMG.
