Finding Cassia leptophylla plants seems to be impossible and seeds are very hard to find. Well got my hands on 12 seeds and have tried germinating them since June. Three different ways then I saw a post by wcgypsy. He said try hot water and let soak. Gave it a try and it didn't work. Down to my last seeds and I tried the hot water again but nicked the seeds. The seeds were very hard so it wasn't really a nick. Used a dremel tool to sand a hole in the shell then poured simmering water over them and let them soak for 36 hours. 3 days later and I have germination. It worked.
I put them outside which where I am is 75-80 at night so I didn't have to worry about a heating pad.
Thanks wcgypsy.
