Nice, very nice. :) Keep the pictures coming! :)

Poland, ME

Don't you have anything else blooming? :)

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Maybe when I get home... Aren't you sick of my pictures?? Until then, I want to see more of yours. Besides, you know who your guys are. :) LOL The only ones I know who mine are for sure are the ones I got from you and Buggy. :)

Poland, ME

Oh, but I don't post the uglies, the unknowns, and the pathetic ones! Trust me, I have more NOIDs than I can count!

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Yeah, but you have more named ones than I can count. :) I think I have five or seven different lilies left to bloom, then it's done for the year. This year, anyway. Next year, well. :) LOL

Poland, ME

Well, my season is just beginning! Many, many more to see!

Spring Park, MN(Zone 4a)

and I need yours to look at. My Acapulco is in full bloom and Tom Pouce is about to open at home and I'm at the cabin looking at my deer/bunny-eaten Doeskin sending up healthy new wannabes for their dining pleasure next year!

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Mainiac, Let the show begin!!!

Lily_digger, that breaks my heart. I'm so sorry about your Doeskin... I have a big fat rabbit out in the back yard and he's not the least bit afraid of me. I had a talk with him tonight and explained that he could have all the clover and grass he wanted, but if he messed with my gardens, he was toast. I don't think I worried him. I was out dead heading and walking and he was like four feet from me, trying to make me think he was a statue. He never really did ever get scared. Just kind of hopped off to the other end of the yard.

Spring Park, MN(Zone 4a)

Thanks, Ticker. It's funny, they wander my yard at home and generally leave things alone. These north-country bunnies must not get as much good, juicy stuff as the city guys.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Ticker, had to laugh..had a "talk" with my black bunny the other night too. Told him the exact same thing....clovers, weeds, grass, all yours. Everything else is off limits. He listened....see?

Aww.... now I could have a bunny like that. I would even grow a couple lilies special for him! It those rotten little thieves..... if only they would ask first.

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Aw, Pixie, he's a cutie. Is he housebroken? I had a friend that had housebroke pet bunnies.

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Gorgeous lilies and v cute bunny. I especially like Karen North and wish I could have her, though I don't know where I'd put her.

I can't remember in which thread someone mentioned plantlilies.com but can anyone comment on their bulbs? Size, etc.? It took some sleuthing to find them on garden watchdog, as they're listed under their general nursery name, and there are no relevant, recent comments there. They've got a wonderful selection, that's for sure.

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Wicker, Karen North is tall and slender, she'd fit in easily. :) Come Wicker, come to the dark side. :) We won't tell your husband! :)

Poland, ME

There is always room for one more lily! LOL

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Oh, no, I couldn't.

Well, okay, you've convinced me. She's on my list.

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

I see my co-conspirators are hard at work today, they got to you, didn't they wickerparker? Nice job, guys!
How bad is this to say that I want to see every North Hybrid, side by side (In my garden ) to compare. That way I will certainly know (after marking them) who is who...finally.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

The bunny is not a house pet anymore. Long story short, neighbors had a bunch, let them loose, they multiplied, coyote's ate most all but 2. 2 Live happily until neighbor gets dog and lets it run loose. Bunnies move to my house and my other neighbors house. 1st winter eats neighbor # 2's goat feed to survive, spring comes and one got hit by a car crossing the road. Little Black bunny is all alone and I worry. Winter #2 comes and goes and Bl. Bunny is still alive and hungry. He eats my tulips, lilies, ect... so we have a talk. I now buy rabbit pellets and alfalpha sticks and he eats only clover, grass and weeds of his choice.

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Smart bunny... Will he let you get close to him? if you could catch him you could probably tame him...

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Magnolialover, I'm far too easily gotten to. I just want to say that this is the most fantastic resource. I could have called you all enablers, but I prefer to think of you as gurus.

Divernon, IL(Zone 5b)

very cool...nice interview

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

Now that was great.

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Oh my. Thanks very much! Now that we've had our 15 minutes of fame, I think I'll stop weeding for the rest of my life.

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Hey, wouldn't that be a great prize for winning ~ a 'garden boy' to do your weeding for the rest of your life!

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Could he be a cute garden boy?? :) Say about 23?

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

We got a coffee mug.

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Yeah, well, I doubt that your husband would let you keep a garden boy. I know mine wouldn't. Husbands are funny about stuff like that. :) LOL

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

I like to think of my husband as my garden boy.

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

You're a very cute threesome, I might add (actually 4, if you count the dog) Rock on, that you trained your dog to pee in just ONE spot. I had heard that you could actually do that, but had never actually seen one that did.

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Your garden boy/hubby seems to be sweet and have a good sense of humor. Where is he from?

Yes Ticker, that exactly what I was thinking. ...tan...in a thong... Oops, did I just type that out loud?

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Moby, Dave isn't going to let you have a garden boy, tan or no tan, thong or, well, you get the idea. :) LOL

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

hee hee hee Fun to dream, though!

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Thank you again! I imported my husband from England. The midlands, near Birmingham.

The dog is great in the garden. Unless a hapless squirrel swings into view. Then I close my eyes and pray for my lilies.
