How do I root a cutting of Pink Lemonade Honeysuckle? http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/31415/
Pink Lemonade Honeysuckle
Inquivestiive minds want to know?
you can either take a piece of the plant(still attached to mother plant) and put it in the dirt and put a rock or something to hold it down and it will root or you can take"new growth" cuttings and they will root but dont put them in direct sun they need shade or filtered sun,you can use rootone but i dont this time of year because it is so warm you dont need to but im not a profesional lol maybe someone else could help lol
Thanks, moretz, I was thinking of using rootone, too. So far, it's still sitting in water, but dropping it's flowers, so I will go ahead and plant it, in the shade for now, like you said. Thanks again!
Renee'
KyWoods, are trying this experiment so you will have one to swap with me? (with fingers crossed)
LOL, it might be awhile!
No rush! Hopefully by the time you get one rooted, the rains will stop.
I run around greeting everyone here on the Farm, 'Quack, quack!' lol
LOL, gee, I hope you and yours stay safe!
