June 26th blooms

Ripon, WI(Zone 4a)

I was gone for a week and come back to all your gorgeous pictures! Awesome!

I finally have some blooming too. They're from several days, I just haven't had time to post pictures. And sorry, but I don't know the names of them.

Haven't been doing a very good job of taking pictures this year, but did get out there this morning.

Nettie's Pride

This one is interesting. I don't remember planting it, so it must have gone in 04 or 05. There are two tiny stems, each with just one flower. I'm guessing something happened to the main bulb I planted and a scale or two were left behind.

Regatta - Dutch named - this does not match the Lily Register description, but it does match the Dutch distributors.

Thanks, Ticker. Beaker - Your Ginza is gorgeous!

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Janet, nice arrangement. :)

Beaker, great lilies. I have Nettie's pride and my stem is pretty spindly. I'll have to go out and check it tonight and see how many stems I have and if any bloomed. I had one bulb last year, I got it from Wayside Gardens... It didn't do anything for me last year and like I said is spindly this year... How tall is your Nettie's Pride?

Ginza is a very nice lily! :)

Not very tall. Maybe about 18 to 20 inches and the stem is thin. It looks to me like a 1 year old seedling.

Yep, that's what mine looks like. Maybe it's just the nature of that particular beast..

Oh Moby, they are just wonderful. :) Now I need all four of those... Maybe I'll start a NOID bed to free up some room for lilies that I know who they are. All, except my pink speckled NOID. That one is going to get moved up to a main bed this fall. :)

Ok, new today for me is China.. From Faraway Flowers.. :)

Beaker, I looked at my Nettie's Pride last night and she's not ready to pop yet.. Maybe this weekend.. It will be interesting to see if she is who she said she was.. :)

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

I need a nice red one Moby. Red Velvet looks nice. Hint, Hint! Here is American Dreams, I will try to get you a bulb this fall.

Luminaries seems to be smaller this year. I'm not too fond of it.
