Well, the delphiniums and larkspur are germinating - had them under the adorondak chairs on the front veranda - Now that they are germinated, should I bring them into the light? Veranda gets morning sun; it's in shade from 11 am on.
Bringing in the light . .
I don't grow Delphinium (wish I could) in my area because it is just too hot for them. They prefer cooler climates like yours. Larkspur is suppose to grow better in my area. I wintersowed some, but haven't seen any sprouts yet. I would move both to a sunnier location, keep them well watered and watch for any drooping. If they can't take the full sun, then move them to an area with part sun. I would move the containers around your garden for a while until you find the best spot for them.
Thanks - I will try that :-)
