I am new at this. I have planted my seeds and they have germinated. Do I need to transplant my seedlings into jiffy pots or do I just leave them in the individual cells of the bio dome?

I usually transplant my seedlings when they get their first set of true leaves. Until then you can leave them in the cells, but I would take the dome off, otherwise there'll be too much humidity and you run a higher risk of damping off.
