The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival will be getting underway starting April 5. Just wondering if anyone has gone and how did you like it?
Epcot 2007 Flower and Garden Festival
I will be going next week sometime when my son and family arrive from PA. He's loves gardening too..... I usually go every year and love to find out all about the background stuff. My fiance used to work for Disney; I believe the budget for plants and flowers for them ran to over $3M annually (and that was some years ago !). What I want to know is what do they do with all the plants they rip out. I suspect they are mulched; they should have a garden sale !!
You know their gardeners work at night or the wee hours of the morning when the parks are closed. That's when they change the themes, the colors and the varieties.
