I have a hard time keeping this plant looking tidy. Any tips?
Good job indeed! I had never seen the pink one, it is beautiful.
I am not sure it was ever intended to be 'tidy'.....it loves to sit in a big pot and bloom its head off....also, there will be so many seed pods you won't believe it.....if you don't grab them they will fall to the ground and start all over again. Here in south Texas people often put a big pot of it where there is either gravel, caliche or rocks of some kind....it doesn't stop them from germinating and providing a wonderful ground cover in between the limestone, etc....
I have a mother plant in the big pot and just trim as I want cuttings....doesn't slow the mother down.
