Does anyone have any good ones to share? I have recently discovered that my horses have all taken very good care of me! I'm now on a green horse and am learning stuff I never had to know. For example:
Tip the head (the horse's) slightly to the outside to pick up the right lead going into the canter.
We kept picking up the wrong lead in the back during our upward transition, and so I got the tip I'd never heard or thought of before. Counter-balance causes her to pick up the right lead in the rear I guess?
But does anyone else have any cool little tidbits like this for me/us?
Riding tips?
