Hi Anita!
I answered this on gardens.com. Basically, you're good to go. If you were south of Columbus instead of waaaaay up north, I would have some alternate ideas for you, but yous summers should be cool enough.
The Irish Moss was a "maybe" on the wintersowing. I read where a number of people had bad luck with it, but they were not saying it was because it was wintersowed. Just that they had trouble with it. Do NOT throw out the container. One gal had it germinate (or whatever moss does) in August.
