Connie, Why don't you consider summer sowing at the end or middle of July? You'd have a whole lot more time with the pansies blooming because they'll bloom through light and heavy frosts, both. We got down to 8 degrees last week and the pansies are still green, but the flowers froze and are hanging down, but they'll have more! They last here until the heat hits them in June from a July sowing, but they also last here until June from a spring purchase!
