Bippity Boppity Boo, just because these were handy, and I feel exactly the same winter weather pangs as you. I have a long time to miss my Irises.

Echoes, I just gotta get me Bippity Boppity Boo! That's a very pretty one.

Hmmm......it actually kinda hurts to look at this photo. It sure doesn't look like this out there now. Spring is so far away. :o(

Weggy, oh yes, I have to have Bippity Boppity Boo too!

MGH, oh so pretty.

mgh, just put that as your wallpaper on your computer! You know, that time of year comes mighty fast but not as fast as Xmas, why is that??!!!?
Annie, yes we both have to have BBB!

I'll have to take special care of that one, talk to it nice and a little extra fert to make it multiply faster.

This was a great idea, to show some enticing irises. Thanks Teresa for starting it and weegy and mgh for showing your lovelies. Can't wait to see more.

I'm sure glad we painted our house this year. That blue sure made for an ugly background! LOL

Will a Lousiana do? I don't have much luck with most others. :)

I've said this before, I'm going to have to start a Iris fund instead of a Chrismas Club. Keep em coming!

Dang, my list keeps getting bigger.

Oh wait! Found another. Someone said they thought it was "English cottage". But I don't know. Just like it.
Come on springtime!!

Debin,

Your iris is very pretty Does it require a lot of water?

Annie

Georgetown, SC(Zone 8a)

The Lousiana iris does like alot of water, yes. ...and a bit of shade. It'll grow standing in water or in a low to boggy area or soil that can be kept from getting real dry.

STOP!!! You're making me want to buy every one of the one's you're posting!!!
Just kidding! Keep em coming, my wish list is getting longer now!

I love those blues, bluegrass!

Bluegrass, I bought it as Love Poem, but don't think that can be it. I will probably never know it's identity, but will keep it just because it's pretty.

You wouldn't expect me to have an LA, but I babysat some a couple of winters ago. Two bloomed in the house for me. This was Princess Leia

A cute little no name. This was a bonus with a daylily trade. Can anyone Id it?

This one also needs a name. Another bonus plant. Still pretty in the garden!
