Okay Ive heard of Plantar fasciatis(sp) but have no idea what it is! I dont even think that is what is wrong . All I can do is give you my symptoms and see if anyone has the same thing!
If I sit for over 10 minutes or even lay down to rest or sleep for the night , I cant stand up on my feet! I have to take tiny careful painful steps until the pain subsides! I cannot wear just any shoes they have to be a good supporting shoe like the New Balance sport shoes, never a heel or a dress shoe!
the pain is so intense the next day, if I wear inappropriate shoes that I cry with pain. I always goes away, but comes right back if I sit!
Pain in the bottom of my feet!
