Next birthday party is in Jan and then I'll be baking a lot of cakes.
Now I've just baked a pecan-fruit cake for Christmas ;-) It's delicious - I'd send you a taste if I could, but I bet you have plenty of fruitcakes in the UK (no pun intended) lol Not baking much for Christmas this year - have yet to bake gingerbread cookies and chockolate chip.
Here's a photo of the cakes from the September party ...... as you can see it's hard to fit those in a fridge that's already full :-)
