I posted this in Propagation - perhaps I will have better luck here!
I have a large clump of Fountain Grass, & would like to collect the seeds. Right now, the fronds have brown colored tiny flecks that fall off easily. Are these the seeds? Or is this part of the "blossom" that drops off, & the seeds are what remains on the fronds? To make it simpler - when you leave the grasses intact for Winter effect, are the fronds the actual seeds?
I hope someone can help me with this one - Thank you!
