My "Blackie" has blossomed all season long, & now the berries are drying. The seeds look like any other ipomoea. Can they be grown from seed? Will they be true, or is Blackie hybridized? I will save the plant for the winter, but have yet to come across any information on the seeds. Anyone know?
Thanks!
Julie
Sweet Potato Vine "Blackie"
If its the one i know as blackie its a type of ipomea so should be the same as that. the plant is a very new variety probably under plant breeders rights or something so anyway i guess treat it like all other morning glories.
