if you dont ask you'll never know!
making coldframe-WHEN??
i did get some great info in a email-i need to let you know my last frost date is may 15th. I kind of figured in march i could start somethings out side in a coldframe-but maybe not! =]
thanks for the email girlie!
Well, I'm going to be using cold frames this year to harden some of my vegetable plants prior to transplanting them to the garden.
I'm planning on taking 10 days to do the hardening, so I figure around April 1st I'll start the hardening. Our last frost date here in Lenoir City, TN is Apr 15.
Trish, on the other hand, wants to use the cold frame for sowing some perennial seeds. These she'll be over-wintering in the coldframe (unless I'm mistaken).

Looks like a "his " and "hers" might be in order here Dave.
Bud - no doubt about that! I've got about many many 2'x4' plates of glass at my disposal, and it's definitely doing to be his 'n hers this year!
