OMG! The month of August is almost over, so lets see your wintersown plants that bloomed or did really well for you this month.
Amaranthus, "Joseph's Coat" is my absolute favorite one this month!
Wintersown Blooms in August!
Love BOTH your Hibiscus! Bet they are enjoying this hot August weather.
I especially like the Amaranthus and the Platycoden. I'm interested in the foxglove, and I don't see it in Plantfiles... what do you know about it ? Maybe it goes by another name?
I've been bitten by the winter sowing bug too, l look forward to it!
claypa: Thanks so much! Glad you liked the Amaranthus & Platycoden. These are so easy to grow from seeds thanks to Wintersowing! Here is a link to Plant Files to tell you more about Strawberry Foxglove (Digitalis x mertonensis). http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/129/index.html
