The 3 cities that merge there (PHX, Tempe, Scottsdale) have been trying to develop some plans on investing in its future as part of the millenium projects. I've managed to get a foot in the door at one of the Scottsdale meetings. If you live near the area and have an interest in any plans, please pop me a note. At some point I'd like to invite the everyone on here to voice some ideas/opinions (this was, after all, a national monument), but for now we are dealing with local politicians who best listen to local concerns (voters). Please pop em an email.
