WA- that was formerly known as the Hula Hoe! My dad had one in the '60s. Smith & Hawken sells one that's like a hoe cut diagonally across and sharpened- that's one heck of a weeder. But being S&H, it's pretty pricey, and it rusts if you let it. Still, I have a hand one and a long-handled one and I love them both!

Holy cow- I was going to include a link but they don't carry them any more. Lemme see if I can find it someplace else.

Home Depot carries Hula Hoes, that's where I got mine! Love it.
