Hi!
I just had some perennial seeds germinating under fluorescent lighting. What should i do now? Put the trays outside or leave them in the spare room, still under lights? I am afraid they will grow spindly if i leave them there.
thank you

then gradually move them into the sun outside. If they are full sun perennials then aim for about 5 hrs of sun-gradually though. They will not get leggy if in the sun. Also you might have to repot them into bigger containers as they get a bigger root ball, and then you can increase the amt of sun.
thank you very much Tiger!
Yes -- what Tigerlily said! But I would wait until they have a couple sets of true leaves, because very young seedlings tend to be tempting munchies to bugs & slugs outside.
