Key lime seeds

Melbourne, FL

Looking for guidance in propagating key limes from seeds...I have a lot of ripe fruit and would love any help. Should I let the seeds dry out before planting? Can I start the seedlings now, in July, since I live in Florida? Any input would be so appreciated and anyone interested in getting some seeds, would be happy to comply!

Don't let them dry out at all. I had key limes in the fridge for about a week then I took them out and immediately got the seeds out of them and into a cup of very warm water. I let them soak overnight and then planted them in moistened potting soil under a dome. They germinated very quickly and now I have a bunch of little trees.
