Ok I need some expert help. I just received 2 small rangoon creepers. I live in the dry hot desert!! (I know not the ideal scenario but I like to push the limits) I need to know what kind of micro climate I should be trying to create and any other suggestions you can give me.

Water where you are--mulch super super heavy first winter. It will make it--its really pretty tough. And well worth it!

Thanks fro the info. Yours is beautiful. How hot do you all get in the summer? I thinking this probably needs afternoon shade in my climate.

highs are usually abpout 90 now 94-96 in Aug + Sept with a lot of humidity. Sorta like India--which is where they come from.

Hmm I gues I will have to figure out the humidty part. Sounds like one more reason I need a pond :o)
