Calamondin: deformation of young leaves

I have a young calamondin tree, about 2 ft high, in a pot. Recently it has grown an abundance of new shoots, but some of the young leaves are deformed: some look crinkled (pic. 1), and some are folded down (pic. 2). I can't see any pests. What can be wrong?

My ideas:
- not enough light during the day (the location is bright, but no direct sun),
- too much light during the night (we turn the lights off pretty late),
- too hot (up to 85 degrees, and will be hotter),
- lack or excess of nutrients (which exactly?),
- lack or excess of water,
- other :)
